On my GCE-8481B (48x24x48) Nero report the Maximum Burn speed of this drive at 32X but it should be 48X. Because of P-CAV adjusting burn speeds at specific CD areas, I can understand why 48X would not be a true burn rate. So is 32X some sort of burn rate average over the entire CD? Or is nero...
