Hey, i was wondering if there was a way to convert my old tapes onto DVD. Would it be possible to record them onto a DV Camcorder and then Capture them... if so how?

Ive have use both DVDLab and TMPGEnc DVD Author and have found problems in both of them to do with lip-syncing. Most of the tracks turn out relatively fine yet the first 2 and last 2 seem to be out of sync  Among this i was wondering if there was a way for DVDlab to be able to preview...

I went to psx_pauls site and all the xbox tutorials involve connecting the xbox to a computer. i was wondering if i could just use somthing like DVD Decrypter and copy my games image and re-burn an ISO back onto a different disc. Would this work?

wats this about? i got an avi movie about 700mbs and wen i try 2 put it in TMPGEnc it tells me sum read error like "Read error occured address00012F40 etc..." wats goin on?

i have an svcd on my computer and want 2 put it on 2 cd. but it like 1/5gb so i need 2 cut it first. possibly into three bits. is there anyway 2 do this?

because i have tried and seemingly both nero and recordnow dx both say it is incompatible.... well is it? btw yes i mean vcd, just like copyin them 2 a regular cd-r but to dvd-r(w)

cos there all these tutorials stating about computer and hooking up ur xbox 2 them but i was wondering can i just copy my disc(i have a dvd+-r burner) using somnthing just as simple as nero "Copy a Cd/DVD". all this stuff about aquiring ISO images and stuff is difficult

... i started with a 50mb avi file. and ended up with a 1.62gb mpg with no sound! i used TMPGEnc 2.521, is this how big it should be? also when i followed the tutorial by chicken man i tried to follow it exactly but its was like he was using a completely different program than me(like things...

i have both a ps2 and xbox and am thinking about 'backing up" my games. I have read your tutorials etc. but none of them mention the necessity of a mod-chip. Also, do i absolutely (w/o using "knife trick") need 2 connect my consoles to my computer?
