when i go to shut down it just goes to:"its safe to turn off computer"never shuts down totally????

had a trojan virus ran adware but did not fix it,but computer is working.i cannot delete program kaza,this message comes up c:/windows/system32/cd_clint.dll:the specfied module could not be found. i don't no wat to do. if any one can help i would sure appreciate it. thanks
