    trying to encode an AVI to MPEG followed Chicken Man's excellent tutorial, now I DL a two part AVI (assumed DiVX) and encoded as such this worked fine with part one of the movie the second part however went tits up, when I encode (exact same settings) it goes all Psychedelic like a really crap...
