:confused: I have had the same problem where CDRW cannot read any CD or DVD. Have tried audio, data, cleaner CDs and a DVD. Device manager says device is working properly. Have reinstalled drivers, restored system to before problem arose. When opening the CDRW from My Computer the window opens...
