i have 2 movies, one says it's a telesync vcd/kvcd mpeg and the other says it's a video clip mpeg layer3. will i have to convert these to put them on disc or can i just put them on as they are?

i downloaded the dvd2svcd software and installed it but when it came to installing d2sroba it gives an error message saying "can't find dvd2svcd.exe" so i click cancel then another message comes saying "can't find dvddecrypter.exe" i click cancel then it says instalation complete , any thought...

heyi've managed to convert an avi to vcd but when i try burning with nero it doesn't except my discs, i've used paq dvd+r, tdk dvd-r and sony dvd-r. any ideas what the problem is?
