I'd like to turn off my floppy in Windows XP Home. I'd rather not disconnect it from the inside. It starts up when I try to access my New DVDR. Is there anyway to temporarily disable the floppy without affecting anything else.

I never have used nero 5.5.9. I have always used Music Match 8, and Easy cd Creator. I now have A Sony 400 Mega Disc storage player and it uses CD-Text. I have started using Nero now to make those CD-text cd's. The problem is that it seems that I cannot burn faster than 8x in my Music match...
