i pop on the irc channel now and then - i always see NB there - but he seems AFK all the time

When you chat from the main site using the applet (jpilot jirc applet v2.5.1) a message appears each time you send a text to the chat room, telling that is an unregistered version, and asking to the webmaster how to do it. I check the Jpilto main site and to register cost 50 box. The webmaster has another way or I should use mIRC?
