"Translation"
A fellow member asked me to translate the initial message form the service, so here it goes for you all (the english isn't very good):
"1 - Zmail is a free service, and as such, abusive behaviour is not allowed (such as):
a) Software piracy exchange
b) Sending the same e-mail to more than 150 recievers (we consider it spam)
c) Using Zmail accounts to store data (read note at end)
2 - All e-mails lacking return-path or that cannot be sent vback lacking senders adress aren't accepted by our servers as an anti-spam measure
3 - All mailboxes that haven't had any visit (by browser, pop3 or imap4) in 180 days will be deleted
4- No e-mail of any Zmail user is included on Zmail's daily backups.
5- This service is still under development. There may still be bugs left. If any is found or if you have any technical issue a-mail rui.terrinhaATzmail.pt.
6- Every time an email is sent to your account and if this is full it will not be accepted. Both the sender and the reciever will be notified by our sistem.
7- All emails that contain viruses will be removed (the virus). Both the sender and the reciever will be notified by our sistem.
8- Use of the POP3 service is recommended.
9- Zmail sistem will be offline from time to time (normally during the night from 00h during 10 to 15m) for system updates and maintenance. This occurs once or twice a month.
10- Zmail is a free service that is supported by publicity. As such, there will be banners or publicity text (at the end of the message)
11- Please read Zmail's terms of use.
12- If you build folders and filters so that when mail arrives it is automatically filed on the right folder, keep in mind that POP3 service only "cathces" messages on the inbox folder.
13- If possible, do not use Micro$oft Outlook to send/recieve mail. Outlook has bugs and all viruses are written to run on it. Use Incredimail XE.
Note: Zmail evaluates abuses of a mailbox using the following methods:
1- If the occupied space is above 75% for 8 straight days.
2- When 40% of the emails on the account are above 4mb in size.
When an account is detected on these conditions, its activity is controlled. If the account does not go below 75% of its total space after 15 days, it will be deleted."
